Ok....I have tried for 3 days to get support from Stardock Support with no luck. I turn to you all for assistance.

I have the European version of the game. My serial number starts with gc2-

I have gone to the PARADOX page to enter my email address and serial number to receive a new one and what I get is a RED MESSAGE telling me that: the SERIAL NUMBER does not match any data that is in our system.

I have re-entered the serial number a bunch of different ways, removing the dashes, changing what look like "I" to a number "1"....all with no results.

I am very frustrated....HELP!

If you've already tried using the serial-exchange page and failed, then support is your only option. Do keep in mind that they can only answer during US Eastern business hours.

You may be able to get a fast response if you get on stardock's IRC and speak to a support rep directly. Go to irc.stardock.com #stardock if you use IRC. If not, go to the Chat section in Stardock Central (SDC is available on the downlaods page here if you do not have it), click Connect, and once it comes up in a channel type '/join #stardock' (without quotes). There should be a support rep there for another hour or two from the time of this posting, then everyone will be heading home for the day.
