Installations problem

Hi!

I've just purchased and installed the GalCiv II WITH DirectX 9. But it is a little bit strange: I can see the intro, but not hear anything. If I push any button - the program will be abrupted. And finally the game cannot start and will be abrupted too. What's wrong?

Probably your sound and video drivers need to be updated.  If you send in your debug.err to [email protected], they'll be able to give you more specific help.

Sorry, but I'm completly stupid in computer matters. What IS a debug.err which i should send?

It is a file that is located in your main program folder - usually C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2.

You can also open it with Notepad, go to the Edit menu, select all, copy, then paste the contents into the reply post.
