Planet icon error

One of my planet has been completely built but the planet icon still shows that I have unbuilt prairie. I have never had this problem before.

Which version are you running? Do you have the debug.err? Screenshots and save game to gc2 bugs too please.

After I quit the game and load in again the wrong icon is gone, so I'm OK now.
