Please help

Please,can somebody help me?I have downloaded WindowBlinds 5.01 and I enter my e-mail adress and serial number and than massage arrives:"No Registration."
Is there some problem?(sorry on bad language,I'm from Croatia.)

are you using the same email you used to purchase?

Go here and enter your email: https://www.stardock.com/support/. The system will send you accurate registration info . . if it doesn't . . you have the wrong email somewhere.

if it so happens that you do have a different email addressed registered from what you want to use, please just email your old and new email address to [email protected] and we will get it sorted out for you.
