100% approval

I was playing a game on challenging difficulty against the Torians,Iconians,korkx and drath i was playing my own custom race and i controlled about 120 planets and i had 100% approval through most of the game then once i defeated the korkx my empire had a revelution and i lost nearly every planet is that a bug or just bad luck

It has never happened to me; I play as neutral. I understand this can happen if you play as evil.

I think there must be a bug, that happened once to me but it was only 3-5 planets out of my 100 or so planets. Was the rebels called the fundamentalists?

Fundamentalists strike randomly against evil empires. The event is not related to morale at all and can happen any time and with any severity.
