Hm.. where to add ur wallpapers?

Im a newbie to paintshopping and all of this.. and i just wanted to know where to post my wallpapers so that they can me rated and perhaps make it
on the site.. please explain cause im a noob and cant find it myself
fot the time beeing ill just post my wallpapers here:

On the left side of THIS page is a box which says "Resources" and inside it a link which says "Submit A File"

edit: Or is that box a Subscriber only item?
