I just purchased game in US and it wopnt accept the serial number that is on the cd case. What do I do now????

My copy that I purchased from Best Buy only has one serial number and it starts with GC2. There is no other serial number. Where would I find it?

I have the same problem and the site would not recognize my GC2 number. I hope customer support will help
