Missing Main Screen Text

So played the demo of GalCiv2 from a DVD disc. Great everything worked fine and the game was great. Now after buying and installing the full version i have a major problem. Whenever the game starts the main game screen has no text within any of the buttons. There was text with the demo version and now there is none. I reinstalled the game, no go. I reinstalled the demo and the problems happening with that too now. So, downloaded the newest patch, maybe that will fix it, but still no go. I wouldn't go so far as to say game breaking but still, it's kinda hard to do anything with no text.

In summary;
Demo worked
Main game dosn't have any main text (Main text as in some text is there such as player and race descriptions but not their starting planets or radio/tab text)
Now demo also dosn't have any main text
Patch dosn't fix this
Help

Thanks in Advance, Tog

Uninstall the game, then delete the folders:
C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2
and
My Documents\Games\GalCiv2

Reinstall the game, then the update.
Go into the Options screens and check that your game resolution matches your desktop resolution, and set any other options you want.

Then try it again.

Please uninstall and reinstall the game.

Then try restarting the computer after installing before starting the game. On some computers, the fonts do not get loaded if you directly start the game after installing without restarting the computer first.

If that does not help, please locate the debug.err file in c:\program files\stardock\totalgaming\galciv2. Open it in notepad and copy the contents of the file. Then paste the files into your post here.

Thank you.
