Where is the registration key??

It sounds like a dumb question, I know, but I seriously cannot find the registration key anywhere. I bought my copy from an EB Games store in Australia, brand new. There's no jewel case in the box, just two paper pockets for the two CDs. There's no regirstation key on the paper pockets, nor is it anywhere on the outer packaging. So... where is it? And has anybody else heard of a case like this?

If you cannot see the reg key anywhere then please drop an email to [email protected] detailing where and when you purchased the game. They may need some proof of purchase so if you have a scanner you should include the receipt as well. if you don't have a scanner a photo taken by a camera or mobile should suffice.

Hopefully the guys at support will get back to you as soon as possible. However please include the @stardock.com as OK in your spam settings as a large amount of programs see the responses as spam.

Anything further you need help on just post and one of us will assist as soon as we can

Update: Stardock has updated the Paradox serial trade-in page at this link to include the botched copies that went to WalMart and Fred Meyers recently, among others. So if you got one CE serial abd no game serial or just two CE serials, you *should* be able to get a game serial on that page (if not, then just email [email protected]).

I just bought a copy from EB in Australia today.
The serial is on the back of the Game Manual.
However, i am having problems with the code not being accepted...
I don't have the CE edition.
