Can someone help me I want to use the Icon packeger to install icons...
what do I install 1st and where do I go from there

Install Iconpackager on to your computer. I think you can download or buy it off of the Stardock website, stardock.com if you haven't done so. Then go to the wincustomize website, go to iconpackager section, and download the sets you want. I believe that's what you should do.

step one go get and install iconpackager: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/downloads.asp
step two go to the icon packager library: https://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=2
 and download and save a package.
open iconpackager. click install new package from disk, browse to the one you downloaded, click 'open'.
highlight the one you want in the list, click 'load' then when loaded, click 'apply'
