Serial Key issues

Okay, so.. basically.. I bought the collector's edition of the game today. In the US, not Europe or anything.

I try to enter my serial codes to download the Collector's Edition stuff, and it claims that both of my codes are invalid.

Now.. I put them both in -exactly- as they are written. Hyphens, caps, and all.

Little help, please?

And how do I do that? I tried activating after updating the game, but I think I might have a weird serial key. It says I need one that is 28 characters long. I only have two numbers, both of which are 26 long.

Please be sure to check your spam settings as email from support nearly always gets flagged as junk. Nothing worse than shouting on here in 3 days time that you have not heard back from them when there are 5 emails in your junk folder
