Omega research centre

I'm not really sure if this is a bug report, but the description of the omega research centre implies it will give a 50% increase to research but I think it only gives a bonus to the world it is built on, and then the bonus isn't particularly great i.e., no where near 50%

it only gives the bonus to the planet it's built on BY DESIGN. I.E. it's meant to be that way. And it adds a 50% boost to the base research level, meaning if you're planet is making say 500 research points, it's not going to jump to 750.

I agree with the OP: the write-up in the game implies a 50% civilization-wide bonus, not just a planetary one. I guess I've been builiding this in the wrong place.
