1.2 Communications Bug

I posted this a few days ago, but in the wrong section. I think this might be the better place to repost it. The new drop down icons for diplomatic events are great, but there is a slight problem. If you click on them to bring up the diplomacy screen, you can contact races that you haven't met yet (at least, I know you can do it with minor races). It happened to me when the Dark Yor declared war on someone.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I've looked into this and fixed the problem for the next update. If you haven't met the civ, clicking on the icon will simply dismiss it.

If you have met the civ:
Left-clicking the icon will talk to the civ who declared war or initiated the peace treaty
Right-clicking the icon will move the camera to the homeworld of the civ who declared war or initiated the peace treaty
