HELP!

unistalling . . .

hey i just bought the game but i can't even play it. It installed fine and plays the intro movie fine but then the screen goes black. After a minute or so it says that the program has encountered an error and needs to close everytime. I think maybe I should uninstall it, but there's no "uninstall" button. so if any one has any ideas on either uninstalling or just my problem in general that would be just dandy. thanks

When you start the game, it creates a file called debug.err. This file is located in your /Program FIles/Stardock/TotalGaming/Galciv2 folder. Open the file in notepad, copy the contents, and paste them in a message here. We can probably determine from the information in that file why the game crashed.

If you haven't already done so, please upgrade to the newest version of the game (Version 1.11) and check to make sure your video drivers are up-to-date.
