Need help with somthing

Hey all, i have Kols Vista XP skin from just before it got takin down. There is maybe 2 things i dont like about it. One is the fact that the user picture doesnt show in the start menu and two is the explorer window isnt like vista. I remember a vista skin from before that moved the common tasks to the bottom like vista, how can i accomplish this? Then how can i make the user picture show up?

Yes, I do....Also I noticed that the animations werent loading for it even tho they are in the folder.

maybe it was overridden in skinstudio?
