Installs, but won't play

Installed game
Hit Play and received this message
Unable to load scripting libraries. Please install using setup.exe and play the game from the Start menu.
(probable reason: Windows script 5.6 is improperly installed. Search for download "windows script" for
reinstaller.)
Reinstalled game using setup.exe
Tried to play game from the Start menu and received the same message as above.
Searched for "windows script" and found nothing.

Now what do I do???
Was a big fan of MOO 2. Help me out.

Windows XP
Pentium 4 1.80 GHz
1.25 GB of Ram
G Force Fx5200

Sounds like something the launcher needs is missing. You should still be able to run the game be simply navigating to C:\Program Files\StarDock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\ (that's the default location, may vary if you installed it elsewhere). Once you're there, just double-click GalCiv2.exe to run the game (you may want to make a shortcut to that file on your desktop/start menu for later use).

Try search Microsoft.com for the Windows Script download.
