Game flips to desktop randomly

Everytime I play the game after iawhile starts flipping to the windows desktop. Then its at least a min or 2 before it "reloads" and resumes the game. Then it will continue to do this.. I've tried turning off internet (helps a little), turning off antivirus, firewall and net.. delays it but it still happens. Tried various display settings etc... Is this a game bug or is my computer just crap...I have no trouble with anything else just GC2.

Sometimes i get it back on the game then it immediately pops back to the desktop... frustrating.. 1.11 havent tried 1.2 yet waiting for full release
