Noire skin

I was wondering, can I use the Noire skin without using Windowblinds? I have the trial, and I don't think that I will save up the money in time. After however, I still want to use the Noire skin. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it without a .msstyle file?

Considering WB skins don't apply unless WB is loaded, I'm gonna hazard a thoughtful....
