New Fleet Manager

The three main reasons I had prior to the 1.2 release to disband a fleet was:

1> Rename a ship
2> Determine the class a ship
3> Upgrade a ship.

None of these things can be done in the Fleet Manager. What good is it?

Apparently (c 1.2) they've finally noticed how annoying it is to upgrade a ship, and have moved functions around. However I agree - the fleet manager makes it easier to do one thing, and doesn't really allow you to 'manage' 'fleets' at all. There's a lot of additional functionality it could have.
