Screen is cut in half

When I start the game the screen is cut in half. Basically all i can see is the left side of the screen. My resolution is higher then 1024 x 768. I have even tried changing my resolution. I am on a laptop and I had to use omega drivers because toshiba does not update drivers and the nvidia drivers do not work with my laptop.
After I get pass the intro movie and open the main menu everything is squished onto my screen. The background though is trying to show like it is on a widescreen monitor. I do not know what else I can do, every driver I can think of has been updated.

I have this exact same problem. I'm using omega drivers on a dell inspiron laptop. Has a GeForce 4 440 Go graphics card (64 MB), 1.8 Ghz processor, 1 Gig of RAM. I've tried every resolution, and the screen is still cut in half. Is this a problem with the omega driver or what? please help

it must be, I installed the game onto my main desktop computer and it works fine now. I am gunna get rid of the omega drivers and try someone elses.
