Registration is giving me the uber-willies.

Registered from my Internet PC, can't play on Games machine.

Hello.
This registration system, as good as it may be, is not really working in a sane manner for me ...
Or rather, I can't seem to be able to make legitimate use of a legal copy of a game I paid good money for.

The problem is thus:
Game installs OK, very well.
Games Crashes, not very well.
Game continues to crash, even not very weller.
I decide that an update is a good idea, very well.
I register my copy online (first game ever BTW) to download patches, downloaded 1.1 and 1.11.
When I apply the patches I need to register, again.
I try for ages to do this, my serial number seemed malformed...
Installed on my internet machine, it registered OK and I got a SIG.BIN file. I figgured I could use that ...
No, I have registered, but I can't use the features I paid for.

How do I get this SIG.BIN updated for a machine not-online, and without taking a long time?
It has already been registed on a different machine, is this a problem?
Great game, great staff, reasonable system ... just annoying.

The sig.bin file is system specific. So it wouldn't work. I believe you have to email Stardock to get the sgi.bin from the net-less computer activated, once I find a thread with details I'll link it.

Is there an alternative activation method? (I'm Offline or can't activate automatically):
