Skinning application problem

I'm using the latest version of WB (5.01 build 62). I use a program called AdminScriptEditor that is built from .NET 2.0. Everytime I apply a skin the toolbar and scrollbars turn black in this application. I've tweaked the per application settings and it doesn't seem to work (although I really don't know what each setting is for). The only setting that seems to work is "Ignore this application and do not skin it". I use this program a lot and would like to see the skins applied to it. Is there a way to skin this application successfuly?

Some thing things look all right if you only skin the title bar.
Some things work well with some skins and not others. Sometimes it kinda depends on menue/toolbar/scheme colors.

For those that don't look/work well with some skins, I generally use some fallback skins like Antares and skin those apps with those skins.

Is that iTripoli AdminScriptEditor, or another app?

I just tried that app here and my toolbar is not black.

That's correct I'm using iTripoli AdminScriptEditor. You state that your toolbar is not black? Is it another color and you scroll bar is fine as well?

I'm having a similar problem. I've been using window blinds with now trouble until i just upgraded my MS Outlook with the "MS Business Contact Manager" Outlook still skins normally but when i actvate any of the forms/screens in the BC Manager the backgrounds of the forms are all black.
I can ignore all of Outlook (bummer) but even worse is that ignored applications revert to a basic windows skin and not to the default XP Luna skin (which might be tollerable).
I'm not a skin programmer but it looks like this app is using a different way of displaying the form backgrounds. Like they are some sort of java form vs. the usual VB form. Sorry, I know i'm babbling in areas I don't understand.

If anyone has a better solution than ignoring the application.... I sure would appreciate some help.

Another observation.  If I use the Microsoft skins, which come installed with XP, iTripoi AdminScriptEditor skins fine.  Its only when I apply skins that require WB do I get the color problem on the toolbar and scrollbar.  Hoping someone has a solution.
