Download of Tutorials and Movies from stardock IMPOSSIBLE since 3 days!

I've purchased online galciv2 and the download of Movies and Tutorials keep failing since 3 days, it's really annoying!


-14 The Url is invalid


Am I Alone ?

It's the same here.

I also purchased online, on 8th of May.
I had problems with Multimedia at first, too. But now, with an update 1.11 it worked at least for Multimedia.
Still cannot get Movies or Tutorials?!

Could previous installation of Demo cause some problems?

Same here too : Multimedia succeeded, One time tutorials has downloaded succefully, but I've uninstalled the game to reinstall, think it solved the pb, no way.

I've got an answer from support. Ticket ID: NAF-401403
This was fast, but it looks like general solution

Currently Tutorials are downloading , but it is at only 13% now, so I cannot tell you if it will succed to install


Please try the following:

-Run the file here:
Link
-Restart your computer
-Reinstall SDC from here: Link
