WindowBlinds and language Bar

How to make Language Bar Skinnable

When I install the WindowBlinds 5.0 on my computer and use one of the skin pre-install, everything works fine except for the Language Bar, when the Language Bar float at the desktop, it didn't skin at all, all it shows is the plain old windows classic color. Is it i need to set something in windowblinds in order for the skin appear on the language bar itself?

i opened WB configuration, floated the language bar on top and started changing skins.

most of the time the bar picked up the color from the skin.
