well im not sure if this is a bug or its always been like this
but i recently almost conquerd the most influatal race on the U.P.
on the little side bar i take up half they have a very miscule amount but when we go to the meeting they have over 4million votes and is still the majority even though i cqouqerd 3/4 of thier planets and all of thier military. how is it possible for them to still be more powerfull than me in that department im heigher then them all in all other places econemy, military, population, influence, porduction, the number of planets.
