Minor UI glitch -> planetary improvements

Just a minor UI glitch, but it would be nice if selecting an already built improvement on the planet map would also result in selecting the corresponding entry in the build order (if there is one).

This way one could easily click on a particular improvement, stop the upgrade process and choose another one.
