Simple Suggestion - Add a confirmation dialog when one presses the RETIRE button

You fellows made me play this came until 4:30 AM this morning. In my groggy state, I hit the retire button, and BOOM. Please could you make it ask "Are you sure you wish to retire and forfeit the game?". Please help this old man out.

Another suggestion - add a tech to increase the ship count that you can put into orbit - from 10 ships to 20, etc.
