I'm Gonna Miss Those Peaches...

They Were Good.

Fredericksburg, Texas is known for peaches.

But after watching the news this morning, apparently there won't be any this year.
I'm guessing Fredericksburg won't be around after today either.

Oh, my memories from living in TX are that it was always hot early-- it didn't register

Yeah... and throw in the humidity. Difference is... normally it only feels like 855 degrees

Hey, it sometimes feels like 855 degrees
with or without humidity!

It's actually cool here today, in Texas DFW area! Got to about 72
and now is 70 and has a nice cool to "chilly" breeze....

It's global warming. Maybe not the 'global' part. More like, 'localized hottening.' Yah?

Yah.

Does it end at the city limits?

I'm hoping it does....

Is it near your stump?

no no no...you've got it all wrong. see the north atlantic deep sea current is being affected by large iceburgs from antarctica. the solonization point of the current has reached critical mass, coupled with greenland's interaction with solor storms, is over-saturating frutons in the stratosphere with water pronutrons and is causing the atmosphere to act as a maginfying glass which, sadly, is pointed directly at fredericksburg. not to fear, this is highly localized. once the charred remains of the city and it's inhabitants are cleared, things should be back to normal by thursday at the latest.
