Cant install any themes

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, or if i am missing something really blatent, but i cannot seem to get any themes to install.
I have the shareware version of WindowsBlinds 5.0 and whenever i choose a theme and select apply, my computer displays the 'windows classic' theme, also when i try and preview a theme from within windowblinds it shows up incorrectly with boxes/colours etc displayed incorectly. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
