bug whit my product

hello

i have the retail box of galacic

but now i have change my mother board and processor on my computer
and now i have a bug
when i start galciv2 a box apear whit this message "the product to be valid but the serial key or the machine sid dont match "

i have try to reinstall the game and nothing work

any one know a solution

Copy the sig.bin file to another location. Rename it. Delete the original. Try again.
