You can't break an alliance with a minor

nobody has a clou of how to break an alliance with a minor race.

The way it supposedely should work doesn't, as the "Trade Embargo"-Button will not turn into a break alliance button, like it works for the majors.

You can't, it says you have to break your alliance first.

Right now the only way to do it is to bribe another AI into declaring war with them, and then don't help them.
