Bugged PQ to tile ratio

I have always noticed that for example on a PQ 12 planet I never get the full 12 usable tiles. One example looks like this: Colony center tile, 9 usable and 1 upgradable tile. I'm using the racial bonus that gives me an extra 20% boost in PQ. I believe the racial bonus is bugged as the planet does'nt seem to do anything other than upgrade the planet PQ number not the number of tiles.

This bug has been addressed and the new version 1.1 will no longer have this problem.

You will most likely need to start a new game after upgrading to see the effects of this fix.

So the planet quality ability is enabled now?

When you COLONIZE a planet, that planet will be enhanced using your planet quality bonus. If you lose that planet or trade it, it will remain at its enhanced quality until the other player does something to enhance it even more (like soil enhancement), or you could take it back first
