save bug

I'm running 1.1. beta-4 and all my autosaves have been wiped out since yesterday (the last 50 turns or so despite saving everyturn). Now I can only access 10 save slots. How come ?

I use the autosave feature almost every turn.

If you are using Quicksave, those overwrite a file called QuickSave.sav and put the file in your My Documents/My Games/Galciv2 folder. This is overwritten every time you use it.

If you are using Autosave, there should be an Autosave.sav and a PreviousAutosave.sav file in the same folder.
In campaign games, each mission will have its own set of autosave files and these are in subfolders of the above folder.

All of your save game files are saved to that folder. Check there and see if your files are there. If not, they must've gotten deleted. Did you uinstall and check the box to "remove saved games" and then reinstall?
