Can't set starport building to nothing from civilization manager screen -B4A

I can't set a starport to build nothing from the civilization manager screen anymore. Anyother selection is fine, but nothing is ignored in favor of the original setting. Same goes for clicking on the planet and changing it from there. Only way to stop a starport building is to double click the planet and use that interface. My full system specs are listed in my first bug post, way back when.

kool. I have found a way (for now) to build nothing. Have to get into starport from colony management screen and then choose nothing..
