still trying to play game

can't see buttons

i finally downloaded a new video driver and downloaded a update to the game. Now, when i try to play the game, none of the buttons have words on them. how do i fix it now

Another thing you might want to do is update the game. I had a similar issue, but when I installed the beta patch, everything was golden again.

I assume he downloaded the latest beta patch. His issue is a common one with that install, it simply needs a reboot, my semi-educated guess is to get the fonts registered with the OS for some reason.

I never took notice of their spelling. After all - most of them are aliens anyway.
From a Danish view, I can only say that that I find that the dialog could be improved, but iI am happy that they concentrate on getting the gameplay right before anything else. My english could be improved though
