Planet details are a bit buggy

I have a planet that has 3 different description of the fact that I captured it in "details" screen. It's like:
Yor collective captured this in 2228.
#
This planet was captured by Yor Collective in 2228.
#
Bla, bla, Yor Collective in 2288.
It's a minor bug, but a game would be better without it.
