need espionage for minor races???

that's great. i can't see any details about minor races because i "need to spend more money on espionage", but there is no place to spend money on espionage for minor races. has anyone else caught this???

Yes. There is no option for espionage on minor races.

I just invade them, then there are no minor races to worry about.

Your also not able to buy or trade ships from a minor race in the negotiation screen.

But you can give ships to a minor race. I do it sometimes. I tend to protect them, since everyone else gangs up on them.

if you guys had read my other post about minor races, you would exploit them like i do for a steady 1000bc a month or so using trade. that's the best strategy when you want to conquer everyone. but when i do this, i want to be able to see what is on their planet.
