Help: Shipyard won't produce!

Not sure if this is a bug or something I don't know...

I have a shipyard (if it matters, on Ditla IV) Orbital Construction stops at 0 weeks to complete ship, then nothing happens, stuck at 0 week after week. Have tried switching ships, tweaking all military/social/economy emphasis permutations but no go. Shipyard will hold ships in orbit so long as I bring them in, just won't finish building anything.

Cruised around the galciv2 site, but I can't find anyone with a similar problem. The planet is in a great spot and has excellent manufacturing resources, so this is very frustrating!

+ Fixed bug where obsoleting a ship that had been purchased prevents the star port that purchased it from ever building anything else again

From the beta change log.

Any chance you can work-around and change the ship being produced? I would try from both places you can add a ship (access from planet view, and access main map)

I wish they would put a "show obsolete designs" tick box in the ship builder with the option to UN-obsolete a design. I have on a number of occasions mis-clicked and killed a design I didn't want to.

I had something similar once. I scrapped the starport and bought a new one and it was fixed.

My problem was a little different in that I could select a ship to build but when I left the planet screen it would not stay in production. The planet list screen said there was no starport but there was.

I've had it where a I conquered planet has two starports and niether of them will build unless I scrap them and build a new one. Intrestingly, one of them is usually on a square that needs to be terraformed (yellow, orange or red.)
