no manufacturing capital in the german version?

I have played the english version of galciv2 but bought the german version. However I've installed the german version on my laptop now to compare the translation. But while I was playing my first "german game" I noticed something. The manufacturing capital is not available with xeno industrial theory in the german version. It's just missing and can't be built.

I'm using version 1.10[b3].015 on both systems and haven't installed anything else (no mods).

Can someone confirm this or is my installation damaged?

It's a bug in the german files of b3.014, this has been fixed in b3.015, but because you are using the translation from stardock central, you still have the files of b3.014.
You can fix this by editing the planetimprovements.xml and search for
"Xeno Industrial Theory"
replace this by
"XenoIndustrialTheory"
and restart (reload will not help) a new game.

It has nothing to do wirth the topic, but i am german and bought per digital download the english version. I´m interested in getting the german translation...can you please send me the german loc files?
