-Click on the Download button at top left of page and get the latest 1.0X patch.

]Driver Version: 6.14.0010.6378
Driver Date: 8/12/2003 22:34:46

-Your video drivers are 2 1/2 years old, need to update those things.

Driver Version: 5.12.0001.3300
Driver Date: 8/17/2001 12:19:26

-Your audio drivers are 5 1/2 years old, updating them is recommended.

*Keep in mind you may corrupt your savegames when upgrading to a new patch. If you still have problems after fixing these three things, post your new debug.err info.

Tried updating the video and audio drivers some time ago. Not doable. But will try again, never hurts to be persistant. Will also download the new patch and will update whether or not these things work.
