How do I register galciv 2

I bhought the game in my home store and I whanted too update my product but I cant update it because it says I need too purchase the game I have my serial and it dosnt work can any one tell me how I register this product so I can dl updates......by the way I have the limited version of the game

Where did you buy it? There were some problem with printing the wrong serial numbers on the first run of the European versions.

Email [email protected] is probably your best bet to get this resolved as they should have all the necessary details.

I'm also unable to register my CDROM purchase and download updates or patches for the game.

My purchase was a European Collectors Edition from a high street retailer in the UK.

The page over at https://www.galciv2.com/collectorsedition/index.aspx doesn't work either due to a bug in the .NET webform

I've emailed the details onto [email protected] so I'm just waiting for a response.

If you are in Europe, have the English retail box from Paradox and only have a serial number beginning with "GC2-" then click here to obtain the correct serial number

If you have purchased the Italian version then click here to obtain a fixed serial number.
