The 1.1 Beta Made The Game Unbelievable Slow/Lagging (hacking)

Tried to create a huge map with 5 races on normal. it took 14 min from choosing race to "make" the map..... and IN the game is just as slow.. 2 min to get to the research screen and then to the planet view

Well I guess that's why it's called a beta.

Anyway, if you want someone to take note of your issue, there's a big sticky thread for reporting beta 1.1 issues, I suggest you read the instructions there and post the relevant info. The guys can only fix what they can read, and they can't read every single thread. (Well they could, but they then wouldn't have time to actually fix stuff)
