Main screen graphic bug

Hello.
I have been having a big graphic bug at the main screen of the game (I bought it today) and I can't seem to find why it is like that and I don't know how to open the debug.err file and would like to learn how to do so.

Finally found how to open that debug.err file, so I got the display info right now:

Hmm, I have the same card and no problem. Your gfx drivers are fine, but can you post the entire debug.err? Some people were getting wierd glitches from their sound drivers being old.
