Does a Hard Crash to Desktop

playing becomes sluggish and then it does a hard crash to desktop.
I also notice it leaves ghosts on the ships when you try to make them into a fleet.
Also, one last thing - when you play a "New Game" - after the 3rd time of playing in a row it won't let you choose the race you would like to play, everything seems like it hard coded to just playing The Human Alliance, it won't let you choose anything all of the other races are phased out. I have tried rebooting the computer and the game but it all seem to be reverting to the campaign mode inside a "free for all" "New Game"
I personally think you guys should have waited a bit before going Gold.
