Cant Create Char?

ok i login on metaverse and to play it send me to this site to create a char... i go to manage char the only cha rrelated page i c and i cant create characters there...how do you create a char!?!?

I'm having a similar issue. When ever I try to create a char. I get a message saying that I need to use alpahnumeric charactors for the name, which I am. Does anyone know why this is happening?
