New skins are installing as: "Unknown"

by "Unknown"

Help.

For some reason, the last four skins I've installed (WB5.0) all appear in the WB5 Configuration as "Unknown" with the author as "by Unknown".

Is this coincidence or is this a bug?

It does the same on mine as well. Not with every skin, but a few. If you click on 'Rebuild List' while you have the WB Configuration window open, it will fix it and show the author.

could be a coincidence - from what I can tell about skin studio, you don't have to put anything in as author.

I noticed it as soon as I upgraded to WB5. It does it with almost every other skin. It could be how I am installing the skins. (I save them to a folder first and install them with 'add skin'). It will show up as 'Unknown', no title or author. But the 'Rebuild List' feature fixes it.

I either use 'open with' with Firefox or save the skin.


If I save it, if it's still showing in FF's download window I click 'open' or if I already cleared the downloads, I go the download folder and double click the .wba.  I think I've only had one or two show up as unknown back when I first installed 5.
