Field Ops Brings Two Top Genres Together

Swiss publishing house Freeze Interactive has announced Field Ops, the upcoming "real-time-strategy shooter" in the works at Digital Reality.

"Field OpsTM is the perfect mix between strategy and fast-paced military action. Move into the fascinating world of anti-terrorism and manage every aspect of gameplay from strategic planning to taking out the main bad guy with your sniper rifle."

Freeze has already slapped together a Field Ops teaser site, complete with the first screens and additional info on the title. Field Ops is slated for a November 2006 release on the PC.

Meh, the only RTSS I like is Savage, and the upcoming Savage 2.

Well how would you know if you like it or not? Force Ops isn't out yet...
I also liked Savage.

Well, I'm kinda burnt out of the modern settings, which this is. Hence why I liked Savage.
