great skin...can I request a suite?

I ran across TorsionBar the other day here on WC and I really like it. I was wondering if the kind person...(Mike Bryant, I think??)...who recently updated it, or the original author (Dangeruss??) would be open to a request to make it into a suite? Complete with IconPagager, CursorXP, toolbar icons, download animations, and logout window?

It's a very good looking and unique skin. Worth the effort, I think.

Icon packager- a couple hundred hours
Cursor XP- 20-30 hours
Toolbar icons- 10 hours
Animations -10 hours
Logon- couple hours
Doing it yourself- priceless.
