Reloading Bug.

Restarts Influence and get initial splash screen.

I am getting a little frustrated with this bug I have.
I have no problem playing the game, but when I save and reload I get the initial splash screen "Your civilization begins its trek into space...."
Also, the influence of all Civilizations are reset a bit.
The game seems to treat my saved games as new scenarios. Its very strange and frustrating because I think it may affect the occurrence of in game events and squash the effect of influence.

The initial screen as well as the tech screen coming up are by deseign.
The influence takes a few turns to be recalculated I think. But as far as I noticed there is no effect in the game evolution.
Also, I noticed that most of the times when I load a game, I get some tech trade offers by other races. I think that everytime you reload the other civs go for a round of tech trading.

Yes. When loading the AI tend to do more trading than normal. Take a look at your debug file and you will see quite a bit of trading when reloading. Also the tend to stop wars. Why? Have no idea. Just the way it looks like it works to me.
