Anyone seen these?

I did a cursory search and didn't find any posts on the main bug I found, so I figured I'd see if this (and a couple others) were known issues.

1. If you set a waypoint on top a starbase, you can' seem to select the way point to delete it. Unless I move a ship or fleet ontop of starbase.
2. When I click the set waypoint icon after single clicking a planet, I can't scroll down my way point list, no way, no how.
3. I get strange characters when hitting some keys when trying to name a new ship design. Del End etc.
4. When I use any of the bonus (collector's Edition) ship design components, I crash to desktop when i try to save the design. I pre-ordered from EB but I didnt get the Collector's Editon SKU, but when I clicked update game it took me to the Collector's Editon D/L page so I thats the update I installed...

1. Have you tried the waypoint manager to delete it? Haven't tried it, so I can't confirm the problem
2. Same thing.
3. Not noticed it, I think you are trying asciicharacters that don't have a corresponding texture in the game. Try setting your keyboard to english?

AFAIK there is no waypoint manager. There are only waypoint governors. They allow you to change colony / ship destinations to specific waypoints, but not delete the actual waypoint itself.
